Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make any changes. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order. However, we may be able to accommodate changes within the first 24 hours after the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee this.
If you encounter any issues or need to make changes within the first 24 hours, please contact support@selfnamed.com immediately.
In case the order has already been sent, and you still need to change your address, you can do so by notifying the courier. The courier will contact you on the day of the delivery to coordinate the address and time of arrival.
