Order statuses explained
Updated over a week ago

Here are the different order statuses and what they mean:

1. Design Review

Before any order is sent to production, it must be checked for EU and ECOCERT regulatory compliance. This status means that the design is currently being reviewed to ensure it meets all necessary standards.
Design checking will not delay the fulfilment timeline.

2. File Issue

If we identify any claims or elements in your order that do not comply with EU or ECOCERT regulations, the order will be paused, and we will contact you. You will receive an email at the address provided in your order to notify you of any issues.

If design changes are required, the original dispatch date may be postponed.

This is also the last opportunity to make any changes to the order before it moves forward to production.

3. Printing

Once your order has been approved by our compliance team, it moves to the printing phase. During this stage, we create and prepare your order for shipment. The status will be marked as "Printing" while this process is underway.

4. On Its Way

When your order has been shipped, the status will update to "On Its Way." This means your order is on its journey to you!

Once your order reaches this status, a tracking number will be added to your profile, allowing you to easily monitor its progress.

5. Payment Pending

If there is an issue with processing the payment for your order, the status will show as "Payment Pending." Our system will automatically attempt to charge your payment method up to three more times within 24-hour intervals. If payment is not successfully processed after three attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Cancelled

This status indicates that the order has been cancelled and will not be processed further. If your order reaches this status, it will not be prepared or shipped.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the contact information provided. We're here to help!
