After you submit your order to Selfnamed, we validate all product designs to ensure compliance with regulations. To keep you updated on your products’ design status, you can see design statuses in your Selfnamed Dashboard. These statuses show you the progress and if any actions should be taken from your side.
→ Waiting for approval
What it means: Your product design is currently under review by Selfnamed.
What to do: Once you submit your order, our compliance team will go through the uploaded design files. You should wait for the next update from our team, to know whether the design will be approved or if you need to make further corrections.
→ Design file issue
What it means: There’s an issue with your design that needs to be corrected.
What to do: Our support specialist will contact you via email with feedback on what needs to be changed in the design. Once you redo your design, you can resubmit the updated design by heading over to your Dashboard.
→ Design approved
What it means: Your design has been reviewed and approved for production.
What to do: Relax – your design is good to go and will be printed as part of your order.
