Start by checking the tracking information in your Selfnamed profile under Orders to see the latest status of the shipment.
If the tracking shows that a delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, here are a few steps to take:
Double-check the phone number on the order. EU orders in particular require a local phone number from the destination country – an incorrect or missing number can cause delivery issues.
Contact the courier directly to check on the delivery status and arrange a new delivery attempt.
Reach out to your end customer to confirm they are available to receive the package and that their delivery details are correct.
Your end customer can also contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient delivery time or an alternative drop-off location.
