If our courier is unable to deliver your package for any reason—such as an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or no one being home to receive it—they will notify us.

Q: What do you do when you're informed about a failed delivery attempt?

As soon as we hear from the courier, we will contact you to clarify the delivery details. It's very important that you respond as soon as possible, since couriers can only hold packages for a short time.

Q: What if I don’t respond in time?

If we’re unable to update the courier in time, the package will be sent back to us. In this case, we will wait for the returned order to arrive at our facility.

Q: Will the order be sent out again?

Yes, once we receive the returned order, we will inspect it for any damage. If any items were damaged during the original delivery attempt, we will replace them before re-shipping the order either to you or directly to your customer.

Q: What if the package is returned without any prior courier notification?

If a package is returned to us without the courier informing us in advance, we will reach out to you first before sending it out again. We’ll need to confirm that the shipping address and phone number are correct.

If this is a dropshipping order, we kindly ask that you also check in with your customer to ensure that all the provided information is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the package upon re-delivery.
