Can I get a refund for a cancelled or failed order?

Yes – if your order has a status of Cancelled or Payment failed, you will not be charged, or if a charge was made, it will be automatically returned to your original payment method.

You do not need to take any action for this to happen. Refunds are processed automatically and should appear within a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.
