I cancelled my order on Squarespace, but it appears in progress on Selfnamed. What do I do?

This is an important note about order cancellations: canceling an order in Squarespace does not automatically cancel it on the Selfnamed side.

Why This Happens

Once an order is placed on your Squarespace store, it's immediately sent to Selfnamed and enters the fulfillment process. Because Selfnamed begins preparing and processing orders right away, the cancellation in Squarespace doesn't automatically stop the fulfillment workflow.

What You Should Do

If you need to cancel an order after it has reached Selfnamed, please contact Selfnamed support directly as soon as possible.
