Make sure you have an active and approved payment method on file. If your payment method is missing or unverified, your incoming dropshipping orders may fail to process.
Here is how you can quickly verify the status of your connected card or billing method:
Step 1: Navigate to your Billing settings
Log in to your Selfnamed account.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner to open your SN Profile.
From the menu, select the Billing section.
Step 2: Check your Billing Method: Once you are in the Billing section, locate your saved payment details. If you see your saved payment method in the list, it's successfully connected. Your automated dropshipping orders will be processed and sent directly to our fulfillment team without interruption.
However, if your status shows and pending or the payment method isn't visible, you might need to wait for the method to process or add your payment details again.
What to do if your payment is pending or failed:

If your status is stuck on pending or shows an error, click Remove next to the card and re-add your payment details. If the issue persists, please reach out to your bank to ensure they are not blocking the authorization charge.
