Check Payment Status: If your order status shows as 'pending,' verify your payment method for any declined or failed transactions. Payments that fail are not captured, and funds are returned to you. Reorder or request fulfillment again if necessary.

Update Billing Information: Ensure your billing details are up-to-date in your Selfnamed account. If billing information is pending, remove and re-add your payment method, then clear your browser cache.

Shopify Fulfillment Settings: If using Shopify, ensure you select 'Request Fulfillment' instead of 'Fulfill Order' to process orders correctly. For future orders, consider setting up automatic fulfillment.

Design File Issues: If your order is on hold due to design file problems, navigate to the "Orders" section in your Selfnamed profile. Edit and resubmit the designs for all problematic products. Once corrected, the order will proceed to production.

Shopify and Selfnamed Billing Systems: Payments processed on Shopify do not guarantee payment on Selfnamed. Ensure your payment method is up-to-date in your Selfnamed dashboard. If payment is declined by your bank, the order will be canceled.

Automatic Order Cancellations: Orders are automatically canceled if payment is rejected by your bank. Without successful payment, Selfnamed cannot process the order.

Shipping Label Problems: Delays may occur if there are issues with the address section during order placement. Once corrected, the order will be released for shipping.

Undelivered Orders: If an order is not delivered as expected, it may be held with the local FedEx office. Contact FedEx to resolve the issue or arrange for redelivery after the items are returned to the sender.
