Why does my order show as cancelled if I didn't cancel it?

If an order appears as cancelled on Selfnamed but you didn't cancel it yourself, there's usually a specific reason noted in the order details.

Check the Cancellation Note

First, review the cancellation note on Selfnamed to understand why the order was cancelled. One common reason is that the product included in the order is out of stock.

What You Should Do

Once you know the reason for the cancellation, you have a few options:

Option 1: Cancel the order to your customer

Option 2: Communicate with your customer and Selfnamed and find a solution

  • Contact your customer about the out-of-stock product

  • Offer an alternative product
