I cancelled my order on Selfnamed, but it appears in progress on Squarespace. What do I do?

If you've cancelled an order on Selfnamed but it still shows as in progress on your Squarespace store, you'll need to cancel it manually on Squarespace as well.

Why This Happens

Canceling an order on Selfnamed does not automatically update the order status in Squarespace. The two systems don't sync cancellations backwards, so you need to manually mark the order as cancelled in your Squarespace admin to keep your records accurate.

How to Cancel on Squarespace

  1. Log in to your Squarespace admin

  2. Go to Products & Services > Orders

  3. Find and open the order you cancelled on Selfnamed

  4. Click Cancel Order or update the order status accordingly

  5. Optionally, notify your customer about the cancellation

This ensures your Squarespace store reflects the correct order status and helps you maintain accurate records across both platforms.
