TikTok Shop works by syncing your Shopify product catalog directly with TikTok, making in-app purchases possible. While this can work alongside Selfnamed's Shopify integration, TikTok Shop has its own seller requirements, product approval processes, and fulfillment expectations that may affect how orders are handled.
Amazon operates primarily through its own fulfillment network (FBA) or seller-managed fulfillment (FBM). That said, Amazon's strict requirements around shipping times, product listings, and fulfillment standards mean this setup requires careful configuration, and while we're happy to support you on the Selfnamed side, we're not able to guarantee outcomes or take responsibility for how Amazon or Shopify handle their respective processes.
