How to check your order timeline at Shopify?

  1. Log in to Your Shopify Admin: Access your Shopify admin dashboard by visiting the Shopify website and entering your credentials.

  5. Review Order Status and Events: Scroll through the order timeline to review the various events and status updates related to the order. You can see when the order was fulfilled, when tracking information was added, and any notes or comments that have been added to the order.

  6. Optional: Add Notes or Comments: If you need to add any notes or comments to the order timeline, you can do so by clicking the "Add timeline item" button. This can be useful for keeping track of specific interactions or updates related to the order.

  7. Save and Exit: After reviewing the order timeline, you can simply exit the order details page when you're done.
