One of the Selfnamed Pro plan’s features is dropshipping discounts. Every Pro subscriber gets 15% off every dropshipping order. By selling specific volumes per month, you can increase your discount for the next month to up to 30% off every dropshipping order. These volume-based discounts enable you to increase your margins significantly once reaching specific sales volumes per month.
What are the thresholds and discounts?
Thresholds are fixed values per currency. Here’s the monthly dropshipping threshold and discount breakdown by currency:

How is the sales threshold calculated?
As this is a discount for dropshipping orders, we only look at dropshipping sales (sales from a connected store). The calculation is based on net product sales after discounts and excluding shipping and tax summed across all dropshipped products in the previous calendar month.
How and when is the discount applied?
You get the 15% off every dropshipping order as soon as you activate your Pro subscription. The volume-based discounts work on a monthly basis (calendar months). Once you’re on Pro, your current month’s sales will define what discount you get for the following calendar month. You’ll either keep the 15% discount or the higher discount you earned this month will be applied automatically on the 1st of the following month. To use your discount, you need to have an active Pro subscription throughout the month.
Where can I see my progress to the next discount tier?
You can see up-to-date information about your current dropshipping sales and projected next month’s discount in your Subscription Dashboard in the “Dropshipping order discount” section.
What if I sell in multiple currencies?
If you have dropshipping orders in multiple currencies, we’ll still calculate your dropshipping sales in the currency you have picked for your Selfnamed account. If you wish to change the currency you’re using in your account, you can do that and we’ll show your sales progress in the currency you’ve picked.
What happens if my Pro subscription ends during the month I have my increased discount?
Similarly as your standard 15% dropshipping discount would stop applying to orders if you no longer have a Pro subscription, if your subscription ends during the month with an increased discount, your discount will stop applying.
As the paid subscription renews automatically, you shouldn't experience any disruptions unless you cancel your subscription or it cancels due to failed payments, so make sure your billing information is up to date.
If you have a free Pro subscription, we’ll inform you before it runs out, so that you can decide whether to subscribe or qualify for another year of free Pro.
If your subscription is cancelled and you lose your dropshipping discount and you then repurchase a new subscription, for the current month your discount will be the base 15% and you’ll be able to qualify for a higher discount based on your sales volume for the next calendar month.
What if I don’t have a Pro subscription but I reach the dropshipping sales volume to qualify for a discount?
You won’t be able to get a dropshipping discount (either the base 15% nor the higher tiers) unless you have an active Pro subscription. If you want to have discounted dropshipping orders, you need to activate a Pro subscription. Once you activate it, you’ll get the base 15% off every dropshipping order, and we’ll start calculating your sales so that you can qualify for a higher discount tier from the next calendar month.
If your sales in the current month reach a higher discount threshold, no matter on which date you activated your Pro subscription, we’ll take into account your total net dropshipping sales from the calendar month when calculating and applying your discount for the next month.
