Here is exactly what is included in the base cost of our products, and what you need to account for as an "extra" fee.
What IS included in the Product Price?
When you browse the Selfnamed product catalog, the price you see listed for each item is the total production cost. This is a single, flat rate that covers the entire physical creation of your product.
The base product price includes:
The Formula: The high-quality, tested cosmetic product inside the bottle.
The Packaging: The physical bottle, jar, dropper, or pump.
Your Custom Branding: The full-color printing of your custom design onto the product label and/or the outer product box.
Fulfillment Labor: The cost of our warehouse team physically picking, packing, and preparing your dropshipped order for the courier.
There are no hidden "pick and pack" fees added to your orders. The catalog price fully covers creating the finished, branded item.
What is NOT included in the product price?
While the production cost is a flat rate, there are a few variable costs you must factor into your pricing strategy.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is not included in the base product price. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and its final destination.

VAT & Taxes: The product prices shown in our catalog exclude VAT (Value Added Tax). Depending on your country of business registration and where the product is being shipped, VAT or local taxes may be added to your final total at checkout.
OPTIONAL Service Fees
Creating a profile and using the Design Studio is completely free. However, if you choose to upgrade your account, you may see optional fees on your billing statement:
The Dropshipping Discount Plan: A flat, monthly subscription fee that lowers the base production cost of your items.
Design Services: A one-time invoice if you hire our in-house team to create your logos or label concepts.
Warehousing Fees: If you graduate from dropshipping and choose to purchase products in bulk to store at our facility, standard warehousing space and packing fees will apply.
