We ship to every country in the European Union, plus the United Kingdom and the United States. For these regions we handle all order types: dropshipping, samples, bulk, and personal orders.
We also dropship to Norway and Switzerland. These two are dropshipping only, so you can sell to customers there, but we don't ship manual orders like samples or bulk to those countries. You can read the details in dropshipping to countries where we don't offer manual shipping.
We ship to mainland addresses only. We're unfortunately unable to ship to islands or offshore territories at this time, and using mail forwarding services to get around these limits isn't supported. This keeps us in line with our shipping policies and regional regulations.
Payments are made in one of our supported currencies – USD, GBP, or EUR.
The cosmetics industry is regulated by bodies like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (United States), the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (European Union), and ECOCERT, among others. These rules shape where we can ship.
For businesses based outside the EU, UK, or US, there are still options. Selfnamed doesn't support selling or importing products into unsupported regions, including the related paperwork, but you can set up an account, add a billing method issued in one of the supported regions, and use a VPN to access the platform if you need to.
