How can I delete my profile?

If you wish to delete your Selfnamed account, you can send a request to our Support team: [email protected]

To ensure a quick process, please include the following details in your request:

Information required for account deletion:

  1. Email address. Provide the email associated with the account you wish to close.

  2. Reason for deletion. Let us know why you are closing your account.

  3. Design backup. Let us know if you plan to use a different account with Shopify or WooCommerce. If yes, have you saved all the designs from the account you want to delete?

  4. Store disconnection. If you have a connected store, make sure you have disconnected it from Selfnamed.

  5. New account (if applicable). If you have already created a new Selfnamed account, please share the email address linked to it.

Processing time

Once we receive your request with all the necessary details, our IT team will process it. Account deletion may take up to two weeks to complete.
